Terms of Service | World Cup Bets

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using World Cup Bets ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Jurisdictional Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Online betting, gambling, and the use of cryptocurrency may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited where you live. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Access from any jurisdiction where such use is illegal is strictly prohibited, and any such access is at your own risk and election.

4. Peer-to-Peer Nature

The Platform facilitates peer-to-peer markets between users. We are not a counterparty to your bets, do not set odds, and do not guarantee outcomes. All matches are matched between users via an order book denominated in USDC on the Solana blockchain.

5. Wallet & Custody

You connect a non-custodial Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and seed phrase. We cannot recover lost wallets or reverse on-chain transactions.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Betting involves risk of total loss. Only stake what you can afford to lose.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, match-fixing, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from bets, smart-contract bugs, or blockchain failures.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
