1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to operate the Platform:
- Your Solana wallet public address (used as your identifier).
- Optional profile data you choose to provide (display name, avatar, contact handle).
- On-chain transaction data, which is inherently public on the Solana blockchain.
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Information
To operate the Platform, match bets, process settlements, send notifications you opt into, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.
3. Blockchain Transparency
All bets, deposits, and withdrawals occur on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible by design. We cannot make on-chain data private.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers (hosting, analytics, fraud detection) under confidentiality, or when required by law.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use localStorage to remember your wallet connection, theme, and age-gate acknowledgment. We may use minimal analytics to understand aggregate usage.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us to exercise these rights. Note that on-chain data cannot be deleted.
7. Jurisdictional Responsibility
You are responsible for understanding and complying with privacy and data-protection laws in your own jurisdiction when using the Platform.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your wallet keys.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use signifies acceptance.
